Bus contribution must be paid between the 1st and 15th of each month. After the 15th, a fine of Rs.25/- will be charged till the 31st. Fee is collected for 11 months only (April, May, July to March).
Every child availing bus facility must carry their Identity Card with the bus stoppage daily to avoid inconvenience during checking.
Any child reported for misbehaving, causing inconvenience or damaging the school bus is liable to be suspended from the bus facility, or have it terminated depending on the nature of the complaint.
No parent or guardian can ask a child to disembark en route without prior written permission to the Principal.
If the person deputed to pick up a child is not present at the bus point, the child will be returned to school and parents must make their own arrangement.

A child defaulting for one month without notice is liable to be debarred from bus facility.
No parent or guardian is permitted to board the school bus at any point without permission of school authorities.
Any Parent/Guardian/Student violating these guidelines are liable to be deprived of the bus facility for a period decided by the Principal.
