The bus contribution for each month must be paid between the 1st and the 15th day of the current month.
After the 15th day of each month the bus contribution will be collected with the fine @Rs.25/- till the
31st of each month.
Every child availing bus facility must have an Identity card.
The Identity Card which has the bus stoppage must be carried by the child daily to school to avoid
any inconvenience which might arise during a checking.
Bus fee is collected monthly for 11 months(APRIL, MAY, JULY to MARCH) only.(Fee will not be charged
for broken periods but it will be taken as a full month).
Any child who is reported to the Principal for misbehaving in the school bus or causing inconvenience to the
driver or the cleaner or for damaging the school bus in any way is liable to be suspended from the bus facility
from a few days to a couple of weeks. His/Her bus facility could be terminated at any point depending on the
nature of the complaint.
No parent or guardian is permitted to board the school bus at any point without the permission of the school
authorities.
No parent or guardian can ask a child to disembark on route to school or back home without prior written permission
to the Principal.
The child is liable to be debarred from availing bus facility if he/she has been defaulted for one month without any
notice to the school.
If the person deputed by the parent to pick up a child from the bus point is not present at the bus point , the child
will be returned to the school and parents such case, will have to make their own arrangement to pick their child from
the school.
If due to some traffic jam or sudden disturbances in the town, the bus is unable to reach the specified bus point the
child/children will be returned to the school and parents in such cases will have to make their own arrangement to

For any suggestions or clarifications, the parent will approach the Principal.They will not disturb the driver or the
cleaner of the bus at any time.
Any Parent/Guardian/Student found violating the above guidelines are liable to be deprived of the bus facility for a
said period of time as decided by the Principal.
