Dear Parents, the school will achieve its objective of imparting quality education only when parents extend their unreserved co-operation. The early years of a child are the most formative ones and only the co-operative efforts of both teachers and parents can help children cultivate healthy habits and a disciplined attitude to life.
Ensure required books are covered with brown paper with the child's name, class and subject. Check the school diary daily and acknowledge all communications from teachers and the Principal promptly.
Encourage your child to speak in English at school and at home. For planned absence, inform the Principal through the class teacher in writing in advance.
If your child suffers from Asthma, Diabetes, Cardiac Disease, Epilepsy or similar conditions, notify the school in writing with a doctor's certificate. Ensure your ward does not ride a scooter/motorcycle or drive a car to school.
Parents must not go to classrooms directly. Items for the child should be labelled and left at the school office. Depute a responsible guardian and officially introduce them to the class teacher at the beginning of the academic year.
Clear your ward's fees and dues on time. A minimum 24-hour written notice is required for issuing any certificate other than a T.C., issued only during working hours on class days.
Sign the school diary, test notebooks, unit/periodical test report cards and mid-term & term report cards and return them to the class teacher by the due date.
Do not insist on taking your child from school during school hours especially after a test/exam. In an emergency, the child will be allowed to go home only with a person authorised in writing by the parents.
